We will reign with God and we will be with him for eternity

The Bible teaches us that the Church after His resurrection will be with Jesus for a 1000 year reign. We will judge the nations with Christ and at that time Satan will be bound for that period. Again, emphasis is placed on the fact that the beneficiaries of this millennial reign will be believers who have not bowed the knee to the system of this world. Thrones are reserved for these, and they will be given the power to judge.

Revelation 20:4-6

« 4 And I saw thrones, and they sat upon them, and judgment was given unto them: and I saw the souls of them that had been beheaded for the testimony of Jesus, and for the word of God, and such as [b]worshipped not the beast, neither his image, and received not the mark upon their forehead and upon their hand; and they lived, and reigned with Christ a thousand years. 5 The rest of the dead lived not until the thousand years should be finished. This is the first resurrection. 6 Blessed and holy is he that hath part in the first resurrection: over these the second death hath no [c]power; but they shall be priests of God and of Christ, and shall reign with him [d]a thousand years. »
