Prayer suggestion for repentance and to be born again

If you realize that your life is out of alignment with your Creator, the following prayer can guide you to become a child of God.

“ Jesus, I am convicted by your Spirit of my life of sin, far from you. I recognize that salvation can only come through you. I ask your forgiveness for having lived far from you, in selfishness, disobedience and ignorance. I accept to be purified by your blood shed on the cross. I receive you as my personal savior (the one who died on the cross for me), and as my Lord (my Owner). Thank you for accepting me into the great family of God’s children, and for making your Holy Spirit dwell in me. Amen .”
